Registration:
Registration begins at 8:45 AM and ends promptly at 9:30 AM. Students who arrive past 9:45 AM will not be guaranteed entrance, so please make sure to arrive early. Registration will be located at the rear entrance of Gross Hall building next to Towerview Rd (circled in Green).
Student pick-up and drop-off:
Attached is a Duke map which includes the registration table location and two drop-off/pick-up sites. Parents are allowed to park in the Chemistry Parking Lot (CPL) and stay for the entire event to site-see our beautiful Duke Campus. Check out our FAQ page for on-campus activities for parents: https://sites.duke.edu/liteworkshop/faqs/. The first student drop-off/pick-up location for those parked in CPL is located at the corner of CPL near Towerview Rd (circled in Red in the map). The second drop-off/-pick-up location on Towerview Rd (circled in Blue on the map).
LITE Workshop requirements checklist:
- Submit proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result at least 2 days before the event
- Submit participant agreement (form attached onto this email) signed by both student and guardian parent
- Masks are required to be worn for the entire program except for outdoor activities as long as social distancing is maintained
